Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellowship 2015: granted!

Marie Sklodowska Curie ActionsThe “QuantumLaP” project has been approved by the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions of the European Union.

As a consequence, I will be funded by Europe for two years to perform advanced numerical modeling using classical and quantum calculations to improve the knowledge and control over the femtosecond laser processing of matter.

The project is supervised by Prof. Nadezhda M. Bulgakova (Hilase, Prague) [1].

The work will be performed within HiLASE Centre, part of the Institute of Physics (located in Dolni Brezany, near from Prague, CZ), Academy of Science of the Czech Republic.

The fellowship also includes 6 months at the Max Planck Institute for Structures and Dynamics of matter (Hamburg, Germany) under supervision of Prof. Angel Rubio (Max Planck Institute for Structure and Dynamics of matter, Hamburg) [2], and Dr Heiko Appel (MPSD, Hamburg) [3].

Official press release is available at the Hilase Centre.
